Run

Running fast is a skill that all of us can acquire. But it requires great patience. Running has the potential to be the harshest on the body and I've learned to respect the positive and negative impact it can have on me.

In recent years, I've focused a lot on my run cadence. Think of it this way: the more time that your feet are in the air moving forward, the less time they are on the ground, braking your momentum.
