I am a new coach. What I offer is the experience of being an athlete for more than a decade and constantly seeking to learn more about how to improve.
I have written extensively about pro women, including Sub Nine: History's Fastest Ironwomen.
I have written pro and age group profiles and training advice for Triathlon Magazine Canada, TriBC's annual magazine, ironman.com and Triathlete magazine. I have managed blogs for training groups in two countries, including the Squamish Titans. I am a keen student of the sport.

I was among the first group of people to take the new Community Coaching course when it was introduced in early 2008 through Triathlon British Columbia.
In September 2011 I started the Introduction to Competition course, again because I wanted to know more. I am now in Part 2 of this three part course. When completed I'll be a nationally certified triathlon coach.
